How much weekly homework will my student be assigned?

Assignments are calibrated to maximize score gains without overwhelming school schedules. Students typically spend 2 to 3 hours per week on targeted practice sets, reviewing precise diagnostic errors rather than doing repetitive busywork.

How can parents track score progress and attendance in the portal?

Parents receive dedicated observer credentials to our tracking portal. You can view real-time session attendance, completed diagnostic scores, detailed skill mastery breakdowns, and written weekly feedback from your instructor.

When and how do we receive student login credentials?

Immediately following enrollment confirmation, automated welcome emails are sent to both the parent and student email addresses. These include single sign-on access links, portal onboarding instructions, and preliminary diagnostic test access.

What happens if my student misses a scheduled live session?

Every intensive session is recorded in high definition and posted to the student dashboard within 4 hours. Students can review recordings, submit homework questions asynchronously, and request mini-makeup check-ins with teaching assistants.

Can parents communicate directly with the instructor during the term?

Yes. In addition to weekly automated progress digests, parents can send direct messages through the portal communication hub or schedule a 15-minute mid-term strategic review with the lead instructor.
